Frequently asked questions
Starter or Growth?
Both plans include every report. Starter is for 1 website and is best for solo founders getting started. Growth is for up to 30 websites and is best for established businesses and people running several projects.
10k, 100k, 1M+ events per month?
If you're just getting started, pick 10k events a month. If you already have some traffic (a few hundred visitors a day), go for 100k or 200k. With 1,000+ visitors a day, choose 1M or more. Above 10M a month, contact us for a custom plan.
What counts as an event?
Every pageview, custom event, sale and conversion recorded for your websites, whether it comes from the browser, your server, Stripe or Whop. A purchase event that includes an amount is recorded as a custom event and as a sale, so it counts as two tracked events. An event without an amount counts as one. Refunds, $0 payments and Stripe test-mode payments don't count.
What happens if I get more events than my plan?
No worries! We keep tracking every event, so you never lose data. At 80% of your limit we let you know, and once you go past it you'll need to upgrade to a larger plan to open your dashboard. Usage starts again at zero when your billing period renews. Congrats on all the traffic!
Is there a free trial?
Yep! Every new account gets 14 days free, and you don't need a card to start. Choose a plan whenever you're ready: if you subscribe before the trial ends, you aren't charged until it does.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly costs 10 months, so you get 2 months free. A yearly plan includes 12 months of events for the year, so a busy month can borrow from a quiet one.
Do I need to make money to use theBizness.ai?
Not at all! You get traffic, channel and campaign reports from day one. Revenue attribution lights up when you connect Stripe or Whop.
Do I need to code?
No. You paste one script tag into your site, the same way you'd add any analytics. Our installation guides cover the common site builders and frameworks, and you can ask an AI coding agent to do it for you.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes, from the billing page. A new plan starts right away at its full price, and your current plan ends then. Unused days of the old plan are not refunded. After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Whop retries the payment, and we show a banner with a link to update your payment method. You keep full access for 7 days after the payment was due. After that your dashboard is locked and tracking pauses until the payment goes through. Revenue that Stripe reports to us is still recorded. Your data is kept (raw events for 25 months, revenue for as long as you have an account).
